碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 90 === The purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship between coach’s leadership behavior and team cohesion. The subject were 433 soccer players in university, college, and senior high school in Taiwan area. Data collection was through the use of the “A Scale of Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion in Soccer Coaches”. The results were followed: 1. There was significant difference in coach’s leadership behavior in different demographic variables in soccer players. By all accounts, the sex, playing period, player’s level, training days, and player’s grade had significant differeice in coach’s leasership behavior. 2. There was significant difference in team cohesion in different demographic variables in soccer players. By all accounts, the sex, playing qualification, and player’s grade had significant differeice in team cohesion. 3. In the relationship between coach’s leadership behavior and team cohesion that soccer players were aware, the correlation coefficient in every dimension and team cohesion had significant middle level positive correlation except the care behavior of the coach’s leadership behavior and team cohesion had low correlation.
