| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系碩博士班 === 90 === This paper’s main purpose is to establish a Mobile Voice over Internet Protocol (MVOIP) system in the 4GL (4G-Like) environment. 4GL to use as Internet for the backbone to integrate with wireless local area network, GSM, and PSTN.MVOIP proffer users can make a phone call two-way and have roaming ability on the 4GL envirommrnt.In this paper, we discuss some problems about MVOIP as listed below:(1)how to select voice buffer size,(2)jitter and delay solutions,(3)sort packet againt,(4)Mcma IP and phone number comparision,(5)protocol operation modle…etc.Out contribution is that we develop a new application in a new integration environment.
