In this work, La-Sr-Mn-O film have be deposited on small lattice mismatch substrates, (100) LaAlO3, single and bicrystal (001)YBaCuO by rf-sputtering. Then we do the XRD, SEM, AFM and TEM analysis to discuss the annealing and grain boundary effect on crystal structure and magnetoresistive properties.   It is observed that the films grown on LAO and YBCO have high prefer orientation, and the crystallinity and MR% of the films increase after annealing. Some rectangular crystalline structures appear when the LSMO/YBCO anneal at 900℃.
