A PS-1 high volume sampler, MOUDI sampler, GC/MS and MicrotoxTM toxicity analysis system were used in this study. PM2.5 was considered to affect health of human body, so our research focused on this particle diameter range. We found that four kinds of incense have acute toxicity in PM2.5 particle diameter range. In the Solid phase, concentrations of high molecular weight of PAHs in PM2.5 is higher. In the gas phase, Naphtalene and a few low molecular weight PAHs were most abundant.
