It can be used as an criteria for personal behavior or ability, or a reference of promotion. Furthermore, in addition to survey the advantage and disadvantage of personal working style, assessment can be used to develop personal career or an enterprise’s goal. It also provides important information for enterprise to make long-term human resource planning. An assessment procedure includes job definition, assessment, and feedback systems. There are numerous problems in traditional assessment methods, include difficulty of people relationship, personal subjectivity, and harmful assessment skills, the aberration assessment results may be produced. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an intelligent internet assessment scheme, based on digitalized assessment parameters by measuring assessment makers’ objectivity and specialty to cope with these problems.
