Furthermore, in addition to survey the advantage and disadvantage of personal working style, assessment can be used to develop personal career or an enterprise’s goal. It also provides important information for enterprise to make long-term human resource planning. An assessment procedure includes job definition, assessment, and feedback systems. There are numerous problems in traditional assessment methods, include difficulty of people relationship, personal subjectivity, and harmful assessment skills, the aberration assessment results may be produced.
