The book offers infornation to coaches and players in training and competitions to promote the technic level in tennis. Technic theory and its practice in tennis have been combined to form a systemic description in professional accomplishment and reasonable management in training supervised by the coach.The book is divided into seven chapters including pictures,charts and potographs collected diligently in the competitions. The physiologic and psychological and technic datas about the athletes, and personal experiences in the training of tennis players and administration in tennis are also involved. The chapter 1, introduction, describes the motivation, purpose and the history and its progression in tennis. The chapter 2, to know tennis, describes the courts, equipments, rules, professional dialogues, design and construction of tennis court and its management, the preparation and operation of national competitions, and personal experiments in atheletes administration. The chapter 3, the basic techniques, describes the basic techniques in playing tennis, such as grip of racket, ground strokes, service, volley, smash and lob etc. The chapter 4, training and supervising, describes the techniques and methods in physical, gait, tactics, mental, plan, single game and double games for coaches and players. The chapter 5, practice, describes the skills applied in single game and double game, the adaptation in the competitions. All of them are derived from personal experiments as a player and a coach in tennis. The chapter 6, health management, describes the prevention and treatment in health problems and nutrient uptake related to score and health of atheletes in the competitions. The uptake of nutrition, the appearance of fatigue and its disappearance, the prevention of injury in sport and its retaliation are also discussed. The chapter 7, administration in atheletes, sum up the organization and management of a tennis team, the composition and implement of tennis administration, the preparation and operation of national competions, and personal experiments in atheletes administration. All of these are offered to those who are enthused in tennis. By the ccomplishment of the technique report, more activity and progress in tennis will be expected.
