In the past, most supply chain management programming researches were focused on single objective, single level, but actually, the supply chain system have upper-middle-lower stream relations and interactive properties between all members, so we have to put the multi-level multi-objective ideas in consideration in real word situation. Therefore, in this study we construct a multi-level multi-objective supply chain model, and design an interactive multi-level programming method for solving the model. In order to demonstrate our model and method, we apply them to a domestic textile industry, and after real case study analysis, we find that: applying the interactive multi-level programming method we can obtain the optimal production, distribution, and inventory decisions under all profit objectives and product quantity control objectives are accepted (satisfied). In addition, this study compared the interactive multi-level programming method with traditional fuzzy multi-objective programming method, at first, to define the difference of behavior model between the two methods, second, to analyze their superiority or inferiority from their programming results, the results revealed that: the interactive multi-level programming method is superior to traditional fuzzy multi-objective programming method by comparison. As analyses aforementioned, the multi-level multi-objective supply chain model and interactive multi-level programming method are practicable and effective simultaneously, they can be manipulated to assist decision makers in operating and managing to enhance their globalized competition capability.
