Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 化學系 === 90 === Right now is the point that mobile computing expansion unlimitedly. The wireless network evolve at a tremendous pace and there is no words can describe the reapidly evolution. To have a high bandwidth and performance network is to serve the clinets' need at any time any place. All of us are aware that location-based serveice will be needed urgently in the future. As a result, we propose a mobile information service system architecture to contain the need of the location-based service. And we also propose dynamic data management strategies to have an efficient data management and data allocation. After that, we present "centralized data managemetn strategy" and "loacation-based data management strategy" for centralized query and location-based query. Observe the access tendency of all the user. Then calculate the network transmission costs and response time of the whole system to be a basis of decision making. Find out the most proper time to do dynamic data alloction. At last, implement a simulation system according to the proposed informaton system architecture and dynamic data management stategies, to exam the usabilityof the dynamic data management strategies. Through the result of experiments, we sure that dynamic data management strategies can effectively decrease the network transmission cost and reduce the response time.
