To achieve the goal, the first step taken is to analyze the history, theoretical bases, current accomplishment, and field researches of Folk Art Education through document studies, then provide a research scheme of the administrative viewpoints on promoting the Folk Art Education from the 3 parties through synthesis and inductions; furthermore, give a survey to the 3 parties about the administrative viewpoints. At the end, obtain the research samples based on the random sampling., then test and infer the information gathered using the statistics methods, such as the T- test, One-way ANOVA, Product-Moment Correlation and Kendall’s W. This research is done in the form of a survey and the conclusions can be stated as follows: 1.Folk Art Education is widely being practiced in the elementary schools in Ilan, mainly sponsored by Ilan county government; the schedule for practice varies among schools; teaching staff are either from schools or outside of the schools; the main body of the class are 5th and 6th graders. 2.All principals agree to the administrative viewpoints on promoting the Folk Art Education, but the opinions are at variance among principals due to the differences in gender, districts of schools, sizes of schools, and the seniority. 3.All teachers agree to the administrative viewpoints on promoting the Folk Art Education, but the opinions are at variance among teachers due to the differences in gender, age, seniority, rank, and whether the teaching is related to Fork Art Education or not. 4.All parents agree to the administrative viewpoints on promoting the Folk Art Education, but the opinions are at variance among parents due to the differences in gender, education, social status, occupation, and whether whose children are accepting Folk Art Education. 5.School principals are more supportive in promoting the Folk Art Education than parents and teachers. 6.All principals, teachers and parents express the short of the funds and ask for more subsidies. 7.All principals, teachers and parents express the short of the professional teachers and the difficulty hiring one outside of the schools. 8.All principals, teachers and parents express the request from parents not to influence the students’ normal studies. 9.All principals, teachers and parents express that students think the training is too tiring, too long and getting boring easily. Finally, based on the research results, hope to give some suggestions to the promotion of Folk Art Education and expect to provide some references on the policies for schools and the education authority.
