Because of short life of cycle of personal computer industry、less differentiation and vialence of industry competition , the personal computer’s supply chain must respond any request at once . To complete this “timely” purpose , the personal computer’s supply chain has take account of “spatial” sense . The main purpose of this research is to build the best location of spatial interaction model and construct opposite utility of spatial interaction index that according of personal computer industry’s spatial distribution , related information of personal computer industry and the theory of “Entropy” and “Opposite utility” So the research take of the model and these index(benefit of scale , cost of scale , net benefit of scale ) to analyze the top five personal computer manufacturing location between seven material production points and thirty marketing point of personal computer’s status in china .After all , this research provide related information which can find the most potential location of personal computer manufacturing .
