Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 90 === The aim of this study is in order to investigate strategies to promote knowledge management in senior high school. The results of the study were expected to help the personnel of the senior high school promoting knowledge management in education. The investigator used the method of document analysis to construct the conceptive structure of the strategies to promote knowledge management in senior high school, and then rectifying the conceptive structure via the method of Delphi technique. The object of the expert’s selection was based on constituted the interrelated series of courses in knowledge management in 2001. The investigator selected 15 subject experts to approach the method of Delphi technique for consulting thrice. The results of the study revealed: (1)The conceptive structure of strategies to promote knowledge management in senior high school is including three sections, ‘knowledge immanence’, ‘information technology’, ‘promoted instigation’. (2)The knowledge immanence of senior high school is including five items, ‘the knowledge of teachers’ professions’, ‘the knowledge of cultural equipment’, ‘the knowledge of scientific equipment’, ‘the knowledge of management’, ‘the source of teaching and learning’. (3)The information technology of promoting knowledge management in senior high school is including three items, ‘the construction of networking environment’, ‘the establishment of data-base’, ‘the adoption of applied software’. (4)The promoted instigation of promoting knowledge management in senior high school is including four items, ‘Representing the school’s perspective’, ‘Creating the school’s culture’, ‘Impelling the knowledge-community to form’, ‘Reinforcing the exhortative and assured system’. (5)The three sections of the conceptive structure of strategies to promote knowledge management in senior high school can be used referentially to design strategies of promoting knowledge management by senior high school.
