Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 90 === The Study of School Supervision System for the Vocational Senior High Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore vocational senior high school supervision system. Through it this study intended to understand how to improve the quality of teacher training to meet the demand of competitive and creative needs of manpower market. Field interview, content analysis method and Q-sort were applied for conducting this study. To make this study more reliable Delphi and Questionnaire survey were also conducted to validate the research process. This study presented descriptive statistics and tested collected data and hypotheses through One-way ANOVA. Literature review included four parts: the organizational function of the vocational senior high school, the instructional supervision system of different countries, the current instructional supervision system; and related studies of instructional supervision system of the vocational senior high. Through the investigation of questionnaire, statistical analysis and findings of this study were listed : 1.All of null hypotheses were not significant. Which implied that none of the variables such as: gender, education, job title, years of teaching, school, or location had caused significant difference for teachers’ attitude toward school supervision systems. 2.Through interview responses implied that vocational senior high school teachers care about the implementation of school supervision system.
