In the point of view of geography, the rules do exist in the space. We present the spatial structure of the specific industry with the conception: assembling and distributing area, spatial movements and spatial behaviors. The study will explore the spatial structure of Tong Kong fishing market including the whole seafood transportation. The study combines the conceptions, which include assembling and distributing area, productive process, transportation, market structure, to establish the spatial structure of Tong Kong fishing market. At first, the study totally explores the actual course of men, location, time and fish. Secondly, it explores the interaction between every factor and the infrastructure. There are series of productive and commercial activities, and the spatial distribution locally, which are based in Tong Kong fishing activities. Mainly there are two kinds of Tong Kong fishery:（1）tuna long line fishery and（2）trawl fishery. The proportion of tuna long line fishery to trawl fishery is four to one. For these two fisheries, Tong Kong fishing market form two market areas: the big fishing market and the small fishing market. At first, the study explores the Tong Kong tuna long line fishery and the assembling, distributing areas of the spatial structure in the big fishing market. It is the largest market of the migration of the ocean fish in Taiwan. Its assembling region is from the inshore tuna long line fishery in Tong Kong fishing port. Its distributing areas comprise Japan and every consumptive market in Taiwan. The process that form the spatial structure of the big fishing market are the spatial behaviors of the shippers in the market. The types of the spatial behaviors are diverse by these own managering goals and scales. The small fishing market was the productive and consumptive market to sell the fish from Tong Kong trawl fishery at the beginning. After 1991 the fisher arranges Sergia Lucens cooperative association. Now there are two trading time. They auction Sergia Lucens in daytime, and sell the shrimps to Japan and the neighborhood around Tong Kong. The process of this market is the TAC system. In the nighttime, the market shippers sell aquatic products, which are from Taiwan aquatic products and distribute them to the tradition market around Tong Kong.
