The behavior of lateral strain is discussed by modifying the strain increment transformation rate. Also the ultimate strength functions are defined. The FRP confined concrete column discussed includes GFRP confined concrete column and CFRP confined concrete column. Different conditions of confinement are considered in this paper. The theoretical results are compared with experimental data. The results are satisfied.
