碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 90 === This thesis is to developed a Tractor Side-Mounted Type Compost Turner, make related performance the study of the aspect of the operation, and have the machine the corrosion test of the quality through metallic material, the improvement of the conduct and actions turn over the reference of the maintenance of the usage of the compost turner. Some topics of the present studies are described as following：1. A Side-Mounted Type Compost Turner of the machine of the pile the design the analysis, carry on the farm the teat the function ( advances speed, slippage…) to make the analysis at the same time,2.The analysis with the material of the plate of different allegations in the aerobic compost fermentation environment, decay the speed and the type of the corrosion,3.Case type the fermentation tank makes the compost system to decay the simulation of the environment, and inquire into the Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion(MIC), and the microorganism to side mounted type compost mix blends to turn over the relation of the effect of the gear of the machine of the pile, and further of establish in the agricultural implement and machinery, evaluate in the gear of the environment of the compost. Some important results are described as following：1.In the aspects of gear, a. The scraper (turn claw) is by each of the 250 mm applies a the round steel, bulge the equal angle steel 30 mm arc welding and become, with 100 mm the function for turn over the pile of the equal angle steel is the best. b. The compost width can compare the width that turn over the front of the pile to reduce about 13﹪. c. The best mixing of the apparatus of this research turn over the condition of the pile as: Engine revolving speed 1800 rpm, the bat batch of the power leads the apparatus (PTO) the revolving speed 540rpm, idle speed files of the 4h of the super - slow , and add the screw to lend support to stir to anticipate the mechanism.2.In the aspects of material corrosion, a. At compost fermentation period first half zone hour, because include speeds of the corrosions of different from temperatures of the fermentations are all high, lastly test piece of the material of the rate of the hydrous are all high, the rate of its corrosion will tend the condition of the final phase. b. Every kind of material is in the compost the rate of the corrosion of the system is: 35~115 mdd for 1020 hot-rolled plate, 25~90 mdd for 1020 cold-rolled plate, 25~61 mdd for the medium carbon steel plate, 20~87 mdd for SK5 hot-rolled plate, 4~20 mdd for 430 SS cold-rolled plate, 3.5~17 mdd for 304 SS cold-rolled plate, 3~15 mdd for 316 SS cold-rolled plate, c. The corrosion of the microorganism belong toes oft he pitting corrosion. By this study data inference (1020 hot-rolled plate) decay the rate about 75 mdd, and the weight loss was about 0.1 g/ day.If would like to raise the scraper( turn claw ) of the service life of A Side-Mounted Type Compost Turner mechanism, suggesting after the process of the mixing compost of every time, clean to the Compost Turner of the pile with water and put oil, and periodically make the good maintaining, can raise the service life of A Side-Mounted Type Compost Turner, and reduce phenomenal occurrence of the corrosion of the microorganism.
