碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 地理研究所 === 90 === Since 1993 , the government has made a new policy of community development . The Tainan County carries out the new policy with local industrial culture and tries to combine the local industry , culture and tourism with community movement. Community development needs working directly with people , and thinks highly of the participation and the coherence of the local humanbeings . It emphasizes spontaneous actions of the community , and the development needs to cooperate with the local culture and the social resources . Especially , the religion in Taiwan is related with the residential life , and the local industry transformed into the cultural property to create new jobs . Then there’s a new-developed scene for the region. Local religion and Ma-ttau wentan fruit are the major symbols in Mattau,while the temples and Ma-ttau wentan fruit are well-known widespread in Mattau . The social network formed by the religion and Ma-ttau wentan is complicated . In this research , I take Na-shi community and Ma-ttau community for example , and try to compare the two different communities about the actions they take and the ways they do. In conclusion , both the locality of religions and the local industrial development are the importment factors in the community development in Mattau .We can also find that the social coherence is not rooted in the policy , but in the history .
