Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 90 === The purpose of this study is to develop new conductive coatings used as anode for producing free chlorine and preventing marine biofouling attaching on the set net. This basic concept is based on electrolytic chlorination in seawater. The binders of the conductive coatings are polyurethane resin, water-bone polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, silicone resin, and epoxy resin. The additives of the conductive coatings are graphite and carbon black. According to electrical resistivity measurement and electrolysis test results, water-bone polyurethane resin and acrylic resin was used as binder respectively, and graphite and carbon black were mixed as additive in the conductive coating had suitable performance for preventing marine biofouling. In the field test, we find the four hours electrolysis per day, these conductive coatings showed suitable performance for control of biofouling.
