Keelung Port’s has high percentage in containerization transportation, and needs to establish a container management information operation system to meet the need of actual operation. Based on the integrated container operation information systems of advanced countries, this study investigated current container operation system of Keelung Port and proposed a new electronic operation model for container terminal, to improve the efficiency of container loading/ unloading, marshall yard operation and gate control. According to the analyses of the study, the system can be divided into six parts, as the following: 1.preprocessing operation system. 2.monitoring operation system. 3.gate control operation system. 4.marshall yard operation system. 5.loading/unloading operation system. 6.integrated application (network linked) operation system. With this framework, we can link the units of Keelung Port, connect to the port’s related companies via the interface of internet, and support various application such as EDI、inquiry and E-payment in real-time. 李選士 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 158 zh-TW |
