Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 90 === This paper is completed based on “Technical Data of Electrical Designing on Shipboard” and “SOT Electrical Design Standard” issued by IHI of Japan in 1985. Tailored to meet concurrent rules and regulations, this paper can provide a useful guide for electric engineers in designing the power systems on ships. The following limitations should be noticed: 1.Readers are recommended to have related background in electricity. 2.Focus on design in practice. Theories are not included. 3.In compliance with ABS, CCS, CR and IEC. 4.Suitable for general merchant vessels equipped with insulated system. Special considerations should be given to other types of ships or earthed distribution. This paper covers the topics of load analysis, feeder scheme, switchgear, voltage dip, sequence start, circuit design, short circuit current calculation, coordinated protection, earthing etc, all illustrated with abundant examples. This paper is proven practical and applicable with a real shipbuilding case. Delivered this spring (2001), the ship is highly recognized by the owner for its excellent performance.
