By empirical analysis, The purpose of this study is to understand the Current Mainland China Investment Changes and the management and operations situations of Taiwanese enterprises in China, including the operation conditions ,the strategy of capital management ,the major problems in management , getting a way of the solving. Finally, knowing the Taiwanese enterprises invest in China win or lost. With the research method, The study is questionnairing to the busine -ssman of Taiwan in Mainland China, getting the original data. The secondary data were got by passing documentations in the library. The method of statistic is used by Frequency distribution and CDA analysis. The analysis processes is analyzed by the structure of this study. To the businessman’s view of Taiwan, using the basic variances to discuss by progress, For example the different of industry, area, age, etc.As to the empirical findings, This paper has thee parts.
