This thesis introduces the structure and transaction regulations of mainland China’s stock market. After joining WTO in 2002, Taiwan and mainland China must deregulate their financial markets and open their respective domestic financial market to foreign competitors. Therefore, the keen competition brought by foreign rivals is expected. This thesis also analyzes Taiwan’s QFII experience, which could inspire the financial revolution on-going in mainland China. Finally, the thesis provides strategies for Taiwan’s security companies that are planning to participate in mainland market.
