Traditional visual inspection by operators is time consuming and subject to fatigue and human errors. It is only possible for sampling inspection. Automatic Optical Inspection systems are faster , cheaper, and more correct for inspection. It can use to real-time industrial visual inspection. This study proposes a modularized Automatic Optical Inspection systems. The different kinds of module are based on image processing and pattern recognition. Using module to develop inspection system is fast and saving more time.
