Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 90 === The aim of this thesis is to develop a dynamic balancing machine for small high-speed rotors. Measurement component and balancing component are integrated into one machine, which can proceed automatic measuring and balancing works under the 12000rpm speed, and the machine is able to achieve ISO G1 balancing standard. Besides, the stiffness of the suspension system for the testing rotor is adjustable. First of all, according to the functional requirements of the dynamic balancing machine all subsystems are developed and evaluated. After the integration of hardware and software a series of testings and experiments are carried out for quality checking of all subsystems- suspension system, driving system, rotating angle and speed measuring system, electromagnetic vibration reduction system, and balancing system. At the same time the parameters and the characteristics of systems was accumulated for system’s simulation. In order to deduce the relationship between the unbalancing vector of a rotor and the vibration signal on the suspension system, it is necessary to establish a theoretical model of the suspension system and to decide the balancing method. The unbalancing vector of the rotor can be measured and balanced under the condition of vibration interference, the waveform superposition method is applied to find out the real unbalancing vector, which is based on Fourier series method. The chosen basic frequency for superposition method must be fit for the diverse testing speeds. Finally, based on analytic results from the empirical performance testing, the influential factors of machine accuracy are induced, and the corresponding countermeasure for performance improving are also proposed.
