| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 90 === This paper emphasizes on the Internet Distributed Environment for the Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) System. Therefore this paper brings up the architecture of WEB-Based distributed CAPP System on the basis of the J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition) standard, and uses Java Language as the programming tool. Based on the properties of Java Language, it is easy to implement a cross-platform and distributed computing software to relax system loading in manufacturing process planning.
In addition, this paper adopts STEP (STandard for the Exchange of Product model data) AP224 (Application Protocol) to define machining features of mechanical product for process planning. For this reason, the architecture of the CAPP System will be more useful, popularized, and integrable with other systems.
