At that，In region project field，the city examine and environmental impact assessment have different two group；At city examine progress，many case can not be pass environmental impact assessment。So our research purpose is to establish progress in that case ，and reduce our impact to environmental and more friendly。
First：Require obtain ISO14001 Certification to Developer－
basic item。
Second：Increase green exploitation－for the green building
seven index design and pre-plan the Eco-community，
the purpose main to reduce resource consumption and
raise our living quality。
Third ：The idea of ISO14001-plan、do、check、action can be
added to the that project，according to this，we
should fulfill this case environmental plan and
management。
