碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 環境工程學研究所 === 90 === For the WTO impact，TAIWAN manufacturer has moved their company to CHINA or East-South Asia。So our production and manufacture model has become TAIWAN is research and design center，East-South is a production base，for that reason industry area have changed into combined business step by step。 At that，In region project field，the city examine and environmental impact assessment have different two group；At city examine progress，many case can not be pass environmental impact assessment。So our research purpose is to establish progress in that case ，and reduce our impact to environmental and more friendly。 First：Require obtain ISO14001 Certification to Developer－ basic item。 Second：Increase green exploitation－for the green building seven index design and pre-plan the Eco-community， the purpose main to reduce resource consumption and raise our living quality。 Third ：The idea of ISO14001-plan、do、check、action can be added to the that project，according to this，we should fulfill this case environmental plan and management。 Key word：City Project Examine、Environmental Impact Assessment Green Architecture、Ecosystem community International Standard Organization 14001
