Taiwan is successfully viewed on the international stage by them. The total value output and output of PCB is the third in the world. By the vigorous development of PCB industry, the market of PCB industrial manufacturer is substantially brought up. This research analyses the corporate strategy of PCB industrial manufacturer through the industrial and case study. I pick up three firms to proceed case study. Through analyzing corporate environment, SWOT, and the capability of inner business, we can confer the enterprise effects by corporate strategy. Because I worked in the PCB industry more than ten years, I deeply realize the PCB industry faces the fast variation of environment, the promotion of manufacturing technology, and the application of information technology in the 21 century. So the PCB industry confronts huge challenge on the corporate strategy and management. Therefore, I wish I could more deeply realize the corporate strategy about the PCB industry by this reaearch, and arrange relative conclusions of the research to provide consultations on the business management for PCB firms.
