Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 90 === The purpose of this thesis is to develop a machine vision-aided alignment system which is bulit by machine vision equipment and a three-axis motion mechanism. The advantage of using machine vision is to raise the alignment accuracy, avoid personal error and increase the competitiveness of the product. This project use calculation of mathematical logic to attain the relative relation between the mechanism and CCDs. Users must first arrange the alignment target on the platform and adjust the positions of CCDs in order to operate the haman-machine interface to find out the relative relation between the mechanism and CCDs. After that, the precision alignment can be performed.
