The feature of wavelet transform not only makes time domain signal transformation to frequency domain signal but get the time domain property of that signal. The wavelet transform is very suit for the image processing. This thesis is devoted to develop a DSP-base image cognition system by using wavelet transform. It can apply to horizontal texture image which making by laser interferometer.
