SCM also improve industry competition of construction companies. In order to evaluate the efficiency of SCM, This paper mines the measurement metrics that construction companies need. This paper collected the relevant papers and analyze recently construction performance situation. Though literatures review, construction managers can understand what is necessary managerial performance and how performance system had to be developed in the future. Many of the SCM measurement metrics used now are not suit for construction performance management. This paper combines the enterprise measurement metrics and SCM measurement metrics to set up a new measurement metrics for the construction industry. By structuralized the choosing metrics process, this paper classify metrics into finance, customer satisfy, production capability and subcontractor evaluation. Consider the hierarchical management requirement, this paper uses survey to analysis priority metrics in (Analytical Hierarchy Process).
