This method can’t point out the pedestrian’s view-shed in the urban open space, and the members of permission committee hard to understand current situation or the important area on the building facade. Therefore, there are two purposes of this study:(1)it present a framework of dynamic view-shed visibility simulation method, and (2)to point out the important view-shed of building facades in the urban design area. Viewpoint of dynamic view-shed simulation assessment, establishing a view-shed simulation method by computer, and take a part of the Hsin-Yi District in Taipei as an example. Firstly, a digital model of site currently situation was established, then it use light projection to simulate the view-shed of moving people in the urban design area. And, integrate streets pedestrian flow rate intensity parameter, to analysis the view-shed allocation that pedestrians’ view-shed in different streets canyons. Secondly, It simulate the view-shed variation of site when it development completed. Through the comparison what is the different situation of site between currently and complete development, further more, analyzing the fitness of the digitize view-shed simulation method for the urban design landscape permission. The final results of the pedestrians’ view-shed simulation experiment by fixed speed and direction are that:(1)Both the view-shed visibility equation and brightness analysis have the same composition, they can point out the view-shed area on the ground and building facade exactly, and discriminate the view-shed importance grade from bright to dark;(2)Through this forecast simulation and pedestrians flow rate intensity weighted counts in the Hsin-Yi district, it should keep an eye on the buildings development in the block A9, A21, A5, A12 and A4 etc., hereafter urban design deliberation and development permission.;(3)The area on the facade from ground to about 3th floor(0m~12.75m) should reinforce control.
