Gender won''t bring about prominent discrepancies toward the 8 aspects of knowledge management and 4 aspects of attitude. b. Age will cause prominent discrepancies toward knowledge leadership, knowledge share, affirmative measurement and the process of knowledge management. c. Teachers cultivation won''t bring about any discrepancies. d. Service seniority will result in great discrepancies toward knowledge leadership, knowledge share, affirmative measurement and the process of knowledge management. e. Incumbency won''t cause any prominent discrepancies. f. The scale of a school won''t cause any prominent discrepancies. g. History of the establishment of a school won''t cause any prominent discrepancies. h. The location of a school will result in prominent discrepancies toward knowledge leadership, knowledge share and the process of knowledge. I. The 8 aspects of knowledge and teachers'' 4 aspects of attitude toward the reformation of 1st-9th grades curriculum are highly related. Whether it is successful or defeated of knowledge management and 1st-9th grades curriculum information of science and technology is basically the crucial point. So I advise those senior teachers to strengthen more profoundly and extensively training to show their intrinsic professional knowledge.
