Many industries consider E-commerce as a whole new world, and continually take part in making much money. According to the research, flight booking is the major businesses of on-line transactions in B2C. Many industries set up many websites to share the market. Although many industries take part in the market, only few can earn profits. Nowadays, the financial effects of tourism can not be examined, it is for certain that via E-commerce it improves the processes of operation, decreases the cost of human resources, and has the effects of founding a new market. Is E-commerce a hole of hell of burning money or a hole of earning money? The industries indeed need Performance Evaluation to estimate the effects of operation in E-commerce. This study sets up ways to estimate Performance Evaluation of E-commerce by using diverse Performance Evaluation of Balanced Scorecard. Also, it sets up a standard based on literature review and interviews with CEOs of industries. The subjects of this study are the industries of traveling websites, and the author explores the motivation of traveling industries in using E-commerce and its significances of Performance Evaluation by examining questionnaires as well as has further understanding of the characteristics in standard via factor analysis. The results of this study both provides practical estimate of Performance Evaluation in E-commerce and is worth investigating in the future.
