The data collected primarily review related literature and interviewing two life insurance personal manager and experts in Web-based training system enterprise. On this research want explored issue about the life insurance salesman execute Web-based training back and forth in vacate rate and performance.
The results showed that vacate rate, recruit employee, and training cost decreased significantly through the Web-based raining. Furthermore, The salesman operation performance also raised after the Web-based training . Therefore, both low cost and high performance of the Web-based training can attract the enterprise to introduce the Web-based training .
