碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 生產系統工程與管理研究所 === 90 === Abstract During these years, Taiwan factories made their efforts to cope with the changes of world economic situation. Therefore, it promoted the development of electronics industry. Moreover, some of the products even become the biggest suppliers in the world. At this time, we introduced lots of knowledge, systems, methods, and techniques to elevate the quality of products, however, nothing succeeded. We cannot achieve the basic theory of keeping improving by ISO-9001 or TQM, so we paid more than we earned in the end. The quality control management of single factory cannot deal with Global Logistics Management and satisfy the expectation of customers. How could we consolidate the position of electronics leader is a subject worthy of through research. The thesis is based on the original model by some related documents and the suggestions of experts. The Firm Size, Quality Consideration Factor within the Company, the Execution Situation of GLM, and the Satisfactory Consideration Factor of External Customers constitute it. This research analyzed the questionnaires, and used some statistics techniques such as One-Way ANOVA, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Duncan Multiple Comparison Test, Chi-square Test, and Cross Analysis to distinguish and decide the factors of valuation. According to this research, we achieve some special factors when we construct an integrated reference model about Total Quality Management for Global Logistics Management. Furthermore, we provide some directions worthy of thinking for the later researchers, thus, we hope they will cut down their trial time and bring about the biggest effect of knowledge Economic.
