碩士 === 淡江大學 === 國際事務與戰略研究所 === 90 === The intention of this dissertation is to analyze the three major structure-members,areas,and issues on negotiation.The example of this study chosen is the three negotiation in history(the Chin Dynasty)which Li,Hung-Chang engaged in.In order to understand what kind of source of power,of distribution of the members,and what influences in the negotiation.Above all,in the area structure,how to arrange the negotiation field is a problem.It affects the result of the negotiation. The structure of this dissertation is composed of seven chapters as following: ChapterⅠ:Introduction ChapterⅡ:The Negotiation Theories ChapterⅢ:The analysis of the background of the three treaties Li,Hung-Chang engaged in ChapterⅣ:The analysis of Tain Jin Treaty-1871 ChapterⅤ: The analysis of Shinmonoseki Treaty-1895 ChapterⅥ: The analysis of Shin Choou Treaty-1901 ChapterⅦ:Conclusion There are some conclusions drawn from this dissertation.First, Li,Hung-Chang’s diplomacy concept and his special structural power conducted every negotiation.Second,the analysis of the three structure on negotiation indeed helps us to understand the process of the negotiation.Finally, Li,Hung-Chang’s concept of pragmatic diplomacy policy is a good lesson for us.
