| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學學系 === 90 === The purpose of this study is understand operational situations of the current campus network, such as using time、using frequency and satisfactory levels of using for different types of users. Whether the different way of learning and frequency of using will influence our daily life after using campus network . And appropriate comments are given in accordance with the results.
In the study with respect to the users of the campus network of elementary school in Taipei ,the opinion polls are taken place to collect information. There are 270 effective questionnaires among a total of 500 questionnaires test, and the effective return rate is 50.2%.
Approaches employed for data analysis in the study are Description statistics, Factor analysis, Analysis of correlation, One-way ANOVA, and Chi-square independence test through SPSS for windows.
Finally the results studied in detail for discovering the factors influencing the operational effects of the campus network and be given as the reference of the operation.
From the obtained results, it is suggest to the information center should improve the consultants’ special capability quality of service, hardware equipment also have to upgrade the transmitting rate of the network. The education department are suggested to offer readable and practical manuals. In addition, users are recommended frequently use the computer network better be on line in the morning instead of the rush time in order to upgrade their own ability of using computer.
