Most of user couldn’t use the media equipment right, since short of basic training for using media equipment. Even, those media equipment were updated before user learned how to use it. In 21 century, technology is changing rapidly, and the knowledge life cycle of applied technology becomes shorter continuously. We should develop more effect model for learning new knowledge and skills, then reducing time for learning and enhance learning effect. The thesis is designing web-based training material for digital video camera. Any high technological product must have it own related knowledge bases. If the operators just copy mechanically to use an equipment of the specific brand, they couldn’t control other similar equipments well. So, instruction of media equipments must base on the basic knowledge, and display using skills of different brand products, and then user could generalize the basic operating sequence some media equipments. That will help them to learn the new machines. This thesis was conducting instructional systematic design method start from analysis the knowledge structure of digital video camera operating skills then develops the web-based training materials of digital video camera. After collect the information from literature reviews and interviews with experts, researcher combined basic knowledge with basic and advanced operating skills for design the training material. After learning basic knowledge, the learners could watch the operating sequences of different kind equipments, and then practice on instructional simulators. The result of this research would serve as a model for the related industries to develop similar instructional design, which could help users to use the product and produce high quality works.
