Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 社區護理研究所 === 90 === The purpose of this research is to explore the health concept of the high school and vocational school students in Taipei, investigating the students with a structural questionnaire. The valid samples are 543 students, and the response rate is 93.1%. The data were analyzed by SPSS for Window 10.0 based on the purpose of this research. The findings of this study are the following: 1.Among the four aspects of the health concept of the high school students, the score of the “eudaimonistic health concept” is the highest, followed by the “adaptive health concept”, the “role performance health concept”, and the “clinical health concept” is the lowest one. The findings indicate that the high school students concerned more with the health concept in social-mental aspects rather than that in the merely physical wellness. 2.T test or one way ANOVA is applied to compare differences─on the whole health concept; clinic, role performance, adaptive, and eudaimonistic aspects; and single items of health concepts─caused by education system, sex, and grade. As to the education system, the results indicated that the students in senior high and vocational high school shows statistical differences on the aspect of role performance health concept, and single items such as: don’t require pills for illness, able to do what I have to do, actualize highest and best aspirations, cope with stressful events. In sex, the results indicated that the differences lie in: free of symptoms, not sick, actualize highest and best aspirations, cope with stressful events, face day with zest and enthusiasm. Finally, in grade, it is in the single item of “not sick” that reveals the statistical difference. 3.One way ANOVA is practiced to compare differences stated above caused by students’ religion, parents’ ages, parents’ education levels, family modes, parents’ discipline methods, and parents’ occupations. Through careful analysis, “father’s age” and “the aspect of role performance” are proved to have conspicuous difference, while others don’t seem to show much significant statistical meaning. According to the result of this research, it is recommended to launch systematical researches on the health concepts of the students in schools of all kinds and levels, and masses in society to establish the standards and criterions of different groups of people. The researches, aiming at different groups, which deal with the health educational knowledge and needs, can be the new material for the future health education to fulfill students’ demand and furthermore enrich their health knowledge.
