Virtual Community is by on flock containing same interest, favor and the person or the professional of the experience constitute, communicate each other exchange message each other through internet. The Knowledge Management, is the most important discussion at the 21 centuries, can keep and spread the experience of the insight, can avoid the gap of the knowledge and can increase the competition ability. At present exists many Virtual Communities, but the communities didn’t manage mostly and mutual communication bring each useful knowledge through network. Besides, current Knowledge Management didn’t still fixedly in the stage of the process and hasn’t perfect. This thesis main object is a function to aim at the Virtual Community do the management of the knowledge, first adjust functions of the community. Then ascertain that the process and functions of Knowledge Management. Finally bring up the methodology that is knowledge management of Virtual Community. However, the function of knowledge management of Virtual Community is many, so this research is to look into the function of discussion, and other functions inquire into in the research of the follow-up. Besides, for making the methodology that this institute put forward can support to manage the knowledge of community effectively, also design and develop physically with this institute lifts the methodology is the Knowledge Management System. Through the system test prototype and result of a month, the knowledge management system become mutual communication bring and exchange good for each useful knowledge.
