Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 90 === The impact of the Internet is enormous. With regard to it’s impact on elementary schools’ human resource development (HRD), the Web-based Training (WBT) have created a new type of channel which allows teachers to learn the knowledge in-service any where and any time. The WBT is a feasible method for the teachers of elementary school, and it is a new technology. Face to the new learning environment, the behavior intention of using the WBT is an important issue. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) of Davis as the theoretical basis to explain the acceptance of WBT. Furthermore, we explain TAM by applying the trainees'' learning styles assessed by Kolb Learning Style Inventory. Using the stratified purposive sampling method, total of 1081 teachers of elementary schools in Yunlin Shain were selected to participate, and adopting the surver questionnaire as the research instrument in the study. The hypotheses were tested by LISREL. The main finding of this study were as following: 1. Accomodator: Both “Attitude” and “Perceived ease of use” have significant (t=1.7) influenced the intention of WBT usage, but “Perceived usefulness” does not. 2. Divergers: Only the “Attitude” has significant influenced the intention of WBT usage, but “Perceived usefulness” and “Perceived ease of use” do not . 3. Assimilators: Both “Attitude” and “Perceived usefulness” have significant influenced the intention of WBT usage, and “Perceived ease of use” negative does . 4. Convergers: Both “Attitude” and “Perceived usefulness” have significant influenced the intention of WBT usage, but “Perceived ease of use” does not. Finally, on the basis of the finging, the researcher puts forward relative suggestions to educational policies, WBT promotion, and future studies.
