With varieties requirements of customers, it is imperative that companies not only pursue good quality of products, but also have to re-think doing their business by continuous improvement, particularly in the following areas: speed of service, convenience, personalization and price. A methodology is proposed based on the integration of total productive management (TPM) and knowledge management machinery by the triangulation evidences. A study, the Semiconductor Assembly Company served as a case, is conducted to apply this methodology by monitoring the activities of acquisition, communication, application and acceptance TPM knowledge. The result revealed that the company could assimilate tacit knowledge and transfer it into explicit knowledge by a set of completely process control and resource management. 方國定 2002 學位論文 ; thesis 221 zh-TW
