Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 90 === The CARD (computer-aided research and development) technique,which is in- tegrated by advanced design analysis tools, have been developed rapidly as computer technology. The main purpose of this research is to apply CARD technique to analyze system behavior of the widely used XY linear motion stage. First, deriving the math- hematical equations of stiffness for the stage, simulate with advanced design tools I-DEAS and automatic dynamics analysis of mechanical system tools ADAMS using virtual-prototyped concepts. Second, a XY linear motion stage is designed and constructed, and the system stiffness, natural frequency, and dynamic behavior are analyzed in it. At last, concepts a flex stage by advanced FEA analyze tools ANSYS, and compare with the rigid stage to investigate into the error of both.
