It is essential to perform the ground experiment before flight test in weapon system development . The study of this thesis is to display the real 3D rendering by using simulation data. Two approaches are adopted to display the simulation data of real missiles by multimedia. One is called PBR (play back rendering) and the other is called RTR (real time rendering). PBR focuses on dynamic rendering by virtual reality in the process of missile development or launching test and provide on-site performance and reality. RTR is used to analyze and investigate the motion of each guided missile simulation in real time and offers the basis for improvement on next time . Those two ways have been successfully applied to the simulation of varied guided weapon systems. Two kinds of weapon systems, anti-air missile and wire-guided torpedo systems, are used as the examples for rendering study in this thesis.
