The processor used by proposed complex embedded system architecture is a Motorola DragonBall series microprocessor, which not only is specific to embedded systems but includes all functions of MC68VZ328 micro-processors as well as USB protocol functions. The uClinux is adopted as the operation system in the proposed system because it is a kind of UNIX-like operating system and is specific to the non-MMU microprocessor. Therefore, the advances of the embedded system are the same as the Unix system. The uClinux operating system supports all soft architectures of USB host. However, it lacks USB device function.
