The method we use is to place the discard electric cable and medical treatment wasteses with different chlorine content of 11% and 37% into a close system without oxygen. Then we discuss the mole formation rate, mean molecular weight, weight disappear rate, phase change and solid chlorine content of chloric organism with different temperature and time of pyrolysis . The result shows that, in pyrolysis experiment with controlling the temperature parameters in 573-973K, there are two stages of the pyrolysis characteristics. We calculate the amount of gas by using ideal gas equation and conservation of mass. As a result, HCl and benzenes are the primary products at the first stage and carbon hydrogen organic matter is found at the second stage. Moreover, the weight disappearing rate of discarding electric cable and medical treatment wastes are 45% and 90% respectively, and the solid chloric of them could reduce to 81% and 99% as a result of pyrolysis. Therefore we can conclude that pyrolysis is an anti-pollution way to treat the chloric hazardous wastes. With the characteristics of the experiment, we launch a combustion of the second furnace in incinerator to simulate the circumstances of pollution in different pyrolysis temperature for medical treatment wastes. As a result, we find that the pollutant will be reduced by increasing the pyrolysis temperature of the first furnace, which can be one of the improving data in incinerators. Now there are few qualified incinerators with chloric hazardous wastes and on the other hand, the chloric wastes are increasing day by day, so it is of great urgency to set the pyrolysis processing method of treating the chloric hazardous wastes.
