So we cannot design anew by ourselves according to our purpose and need. We cannot renew these systems of the traditional controllers. The opened architecture PC-based breakthrough the limit it used to be. The users can collocation, integrate and expand all kinds of the machine tools according to their soft and hardware. So my thesis based on the opened-architecture makes use of ISA Bus’s High-performance AD/DA card ( PCL-818L) and 3-Axis Quadrature Encoder and Counter card (PCL-833) to replace the general-purpose PC-based machine tool. To replace the machine control cards of the Linear Interpolator (G01) and circular Interpolator; collocation RTS’s function, integrator the technology of the Linear Interpolator and circular Interpolator in our laboratory. Try to combine the technology of the machine tool. Setting up the axis and rotate spindle on the XY table equipment in our laboratory. I also use the PLC to dispose the circuit of PC-based 3 axis Engraving machine. At the beginning, I complete a prototype 3 axis Engraving machine. So that we can use the prototype 3 axis Engraving machine to do some simple graph’s slice and application; and also to prove the workable of the hole architecture.
