Because the process parameter drifted, we considered the variations among the resistance and inductance. Then changed their correlation to obtain better yield. Furthermore, we changed various specification transformations and obtained the yield. This thesis used the method of signal and system, and presented a method that focused in parameter space to map to dynamic parameter space and to link the performance space.
