They hope to concentrate on their own core advantages and outsource their disadvantageous work so as to reduce costs. Through documental research, consulting with scholars and experts and using AHP, this research creates a Mode of Measuring for labor outsourcing management of Taiwan enterprises. Through empirical research, it looks the food enterprises listed in Taiwan as investigation target, and discusses the relationship between labor outsourcing management, employee job satisfaction and outsourcing performance, hoping to offer enterprises and subsequent researchers with practical references. Results of this research prove that the goodness and badness of outsourcing performance are affected by outsourcing contractor’s employ satisfaction. Contract-issuing enterprise’s employ satisfaction and contractor’s employee satisfaction is an effect of the media changeable item of labor outsourcing management on outsourcing performance. Meanwhile, scholars and experts suggest that definite outsourcing policy should be made and applicable management mechanism be laid out when contract-issuing enterprises are outsourcing their work. In addition, strict and fair appraisal system should be established and carried out.
