And it has leaded the changes of the quality and quantity between each enterprise cooperation pattern. Due to the development of IT technology and Knowledge-based Economy, which offers various options for those interactive partners. However, for a long run industry, growing and expanding of the business are the running goal that every industry can’t live without. Moreover, it is also one of the strategies that every industry would take to cope with this new age. The trend of local industry’s merger and acquisition is now turning into a very important issue in recent year. Merger and acquisition can be thought as an industry strategic management system. To enter the new market rapidly, the runner of industries can run the business to be more diversified management through the merger and acquisition also to utilize it to approach the promotion, material and the production equipment or to form the economical scale by industry merger and acquisition. All of these strategies are to enlarge the industry competitiveness in the market and also to be in possession of the markets. The purpose of this research is to probe into the main motivation of the merger and acquisition of the electronic industries; moreover, to take these motivations as the foundation so it can not only cooperate to industry’s 5 constitutional points and Balance Score Card but also can be developed to a self evaluation weighing target before electronic industries’ merger and acquisition. These also provide the reference to every industry before jumping up any industry merger conclusion. In addition, besides doing the industry self evaluation, these weighing targets can also be used to evaluate the companies that are going to be merged and help to assist the company successfully to make the final decision on actual merger and acquisition.
